Sweet and Tangy BBQ Bowls

A tangy and filling meal you’ll love. Featuring the sweet addition of our Sweet Hickory Baked Beans.
Ingredients
- 1 (28oz) can Saucy Spoon Sweet Hickory Baked Beans
- 2 cups hot cooked brown or white rice
- 2 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken
- 2 cups halved multi-colored cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- ¼ cup sliced green onions
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
Directions
In a saucepan or microwave-safe container, heat beans covered for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot. Portion rice into bowls and top with beans. Add chicken, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and green onions.
In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing and BBQ sauce. Drizzle over BBQ Chicken Bowls.
Tip: Use rotisserie chicken to make this recipe super easy.
