A stackable, shareable favorite kicked up a notch by adding Jalapeno Bourbon Baked Beans.

Ingredients

  • 1 (28oz) can Saucy Spoon Jalapeño & Bourbon Baked Beans
  • 8 cups (8oz) tortilla chips
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 cup jarred queso cheese sauce
  • 1 ½ cups (6oz) shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 roma tomato, chopped
  • 1 (2.25oz drained weight) can sliced olives, well drained
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup guacamole

Directions

In a colander or strainer, drain baked beans. In a saucepan or microwave-safe container, heat beans covered for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot. Preheat broiler to high. On a rimmed baking sheet, arrange tortilla chips, covering entire surface of pan. Top with baked beans, chicken, queso cheese sauce, and shredded cheese. Broil on top oven rack for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Sprinkle with tomatoes, olives and green onions. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.

Recipe Tip: Use leftover rotisserie chicken.
Vegetarian option: Eliminate chicken.
